We strive to accurately describe and photograph each product to represent the actual item as closely as possible. However, please note that colors may appear differently on screens, which is not considered a fault of the item.

If, in the unlikely event, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Caz@forgedinminature.co.uk to discuss any issues. We will do our utmost to resolve the problem. If you are still not happy, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.

Please keep in mind that sizes can vary significantly between different types of items, and scales may differ within the store. We recommend double-checking the size provided before placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please email us as soon as possible to inform us of your intention to return an item so that we can provide you with the return address (Caz@forgedinminature.co.uk).

When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and sent via a tracked postal service, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items that are not received.

Please note that returns are at the customer’s expense.
